Where are FARM products designed, made and shipped from?
FARM products are designed, printed and shipped from Los Angeles, California.
Some of our apparel are manufactured here in the United States, while majority are manufactured overseas in Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, China and other countries.
How quickly will I receive my product after placing an order?
Most products are made to order. We keep limited inventory on-hand.
We try our best to ship out your order as soon as possible, normally within 3-5 days after the order is received.
For standard shipping method selected at checkout, we normally ship using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground service, average transit time is between 3-5 days depending on your location.
In addition to standard shipping method, we also offer expedited options through UPS 3 Day Select® and UPS 2nd Day Air®.
Items marked as "Made to Order" are items we do not normally maintain stock for in our warehouse and will require an additional 7-10 days for printing and processing before we can ship out your order. Please keep this in mind in addition to the average order handling and transit time when expecting delivery.

Do you offer free shipping and returns?
Most of our items come with standard shipping at no cost to you. For any return due to quality or craftsmanship related reasons, or the product received didn't meet your expectation, we're happy to cover return shipping, as long as the returned item comes back in its original condition.
How long do I have to return a product?
All purchases made come with a 90-days eligible return period from order date. Simply contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org, within this time frame, let us know the reason for your return, and we will process the request within 24 hours so you can send it back to us for an exchange or refund.
We want you to love our product as much as we do, and wear it proudly and all the time, whether it’s out and about, or as your go-to piece for couch surfing and working from home.
If you try on the product, and you don’t like it for whatever reason, or it’s not the right fit, just contact our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to take care of you.
For any return due to quality or craftsmanship related reasons, or the product received didn't meet your expectation, we're happy to provide full refund and cover return shipping, as long as the returned item comes back in its original condition.
Do you ship outside of United States?
We currently do not ship outside of the United States. But we plan to make FARM products available to our international customers in the coming months.

Where else can I buy FARM products?
Currently FARM products are exclusively available on farmexclusives.com.
The item I want is sold out, how can I get it?
Items that are sold out are normally restocked within one week.
If you'd like to receive a one-time email notification when item becomes available, simply enter your email address and subscribe to receive the notification on the product page of the out of stock item.
Feel free to always contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org for ETA on when an item will be restocked. We may be able to expedite your order once the item arrives.
How do I know what size I should get?
Most items on our site run true to size, so your best bet is to order your normal size, whether it is for t-shirt, hoodie, sweatpants, or another type of garment.
The material in which a garment is made of, can make a difference in whether an item runs tighter or looser than what you may be accustomed to. Please pay special attention to the item description on each product page, on which we have included some notes from our staff about the particular fit of that item.
If you are happy with the item you have ordered, but it happens to be in the wrong size after trying it on, contact our customer service team at email@example.com, we’d be happy to help you make an exchange.
What is the best way to wash and care for the products?
We want you to love the clothing you get from us, be comfortable in it, be active in it, enjoy it - because it's become one of your go-to everyday comfort wear.
Here are some tips to help keep your new favorite shirt or hoodie fresh and clean, and long-lasting:
- Turn the t-shirt inside out when washing and drying. By turning the garment inside out, the printed design rubs against less material when tumbling in the washer or dryer
- Use cold wash or low temperature settings. It would also be a good idea to separate darks and colored shirts from whites–just in case!
- Use a mild laundry detergent
- Tumble dry on low temperature or go the old-fashioned route and hang it to dry
- Use a cool iron, if necessary, and iron the garment inside out
- Iron the garment between two pieces of cloth if possible, to protect the design

If you do not enjoy rocking your new piece of FARM gear, as much as you were expecting to, contact our customer service team, we're happy to work with you for a refund or product exchange.
If you love your new shirt, sweatshirt or gear, and wear and wash it regularly, following the recommend wash and care guideline, but for some reason there is more wear and tear than expected, contact our customer service team within 180 days from purchase, and we’re happy to take care of you by providing store credit or discount toward your next purchase.
When is my credit card charged after placing an order? How does it appear on my credit card statement?
After your place your order, your credit card statement will show a pending authorization transaction for the order amount. When your order is processed and marked as fulfilled in our warehouse system, which only happens when your order is shipped out, we will proceed to capture the payment through the credit card company, which will result in the pending status of the transaction to be updated to charged.
The transaction will show up in your credit card statement as SP * FARMEXCLUSIVES.
What other payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club.
We accept accelerated mobile checkouts through Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
We also accept PayPal.
